The Company is aware of the following persons with voting rights representing 3% or more of the issued share capital of the Company:

Alba Mineral Resources plc – 44.67%
Kadupul Limited – 15.63%
Monecor (London) Limited, trading as OvalX – 5.27%

The percentage of securities not in public hands is 61.20%.

There are no restrictions on the transfer of the Company’s AIM securities.
