Significant Shareholdings

The Company is aware of the following persons with voting rights representing 3% or more of the issued share capital of the Company:

Alba Mineral Resources plc – 37.49%
Kadupul Limited – 14.32%

The percentage of securities not in public hands is 58.40%.

There are no restrictions on the transfer of the Company’s AIM securities.
